Wine Tastings
About every six weeks or so, Sylvia's Grille schedules a wine tasting. These events are coordinated with our talented wine representatives and typically focus on a particular wine producing region. Recently, we have tasted the wines of South Africa, Argentina, Spain, Italy, and Chile. Each of six wines sampled is accompanied by a "small plate" specially designed by our Chef. Seating for each tasting is strictly limited, and early reservations are encouraged, as these often book full quickly.
| The food pairings have included such special dishes as Steamed Mussels in Lemon Creme Sauce, Petit Filets of Beef, Duck Confit, Grilled Lamb Chops, Baked Brie, Manicotti, Pan Seared Salmon, Grilled Quail, and Chocolate Dipped Strawberries, Rack of Elk, Roast Suckling Pig, and Smoked Salmon with Caviar.
